PRC is now recruiting cat owners for a new paid webcam interview. If you’re between the ages of 25 and 65, own a cat, and have a working webcam on your desktop or laptop, you may qualify to participate in this remote, one-on-one interview.
Study Topic: Cat Ownership
Study Format: 60-minute webcam interview via Zoom
Incentive: $150 for those who fully qualify and participate
When: Sessions take place between September 8th and 12th
Where: Online from the comfort of your home
Who qualifies: U.S. residents, ages 25–65, who currently own a cat. Proof of ownership will be required.
Important tech requirements:
To participate, you must have a working webcam and microphone on a desktop or laptop computer. You cannot use a smartphone, iPad, tablet, or any mobile device camera. This is strictly enforced by the research team. Participants will connect via Zoom, and the session will be recorded for research purposes only.
What to expect:
If you are selected, you’ll be invited to join a 60-minute webcam interview where you’ll be asked questions about your experience as a cat owner, your preferences around pet products, habits, routines, and how you care for your cat. This is a non-sales, confidential research study designed to better understand cat owners and their purchasing behaviors.
This is not a job. It’s a one-time paid research opportunity and spots fill up fast. Not everyone who applies will qualify.Completing the pre-screener does not guarantee participation. Participants are selected on a first come, first serve basis and based on responses to the screening questions.
